The Urban Climate Research Center (UCRC) will host two signature events on March 26, 2026: the Anthony J. Brazel Urban Climate Lecture featuring Elie Bou-Zeid of Princeton University. Elie is the 2025 recipient of the American Meteorological Society’s Helmut Landsberg Award for Urban Climate.

Ahead of the lecture, the UCRC Poster Competition will highlight innovative work from undergraduate students, graduate students and postdoctoral scholars. Presenters will share research focused on the social and physical dimensions of urban environments and infrastructure. Check back soon for updates and the call for abstracts.
