Mark your calendars for the Urban Climate Research Center's (UCRC) annual Anthony J. Brazel Urban Climate Lecture and Poster Event on March 26, 2026 on the Tempe campus.
The Brazel Urban Climate Lecture features Elie Bou-Zeid of Princeton University for an invited talk, "Upgrading the Urban Fabric: Novel Technologies for Mitigating Extreme Heat in Cities."
Ahead of the lecture, the UCRC Poster Event will showcase innovative work from undergraduate students, graduate students and postdoctoral scholars focused on the social and physical dimensions of urban environments and infrastructure.
